CSR Strategy

We believe deciding on the correct CSR spends for the right causes for the right beneficiaries is critical to the success of any CSR strategy. At Chrysalis Services, we will help you articulate your objectives, design your programs, choose the right implementing partner and provide continual guidance on the conduct of the program and modifications, if required. In addition, the learnings from deploying systematic processes at each step will be inputs to subsequent programs and methodologies.

Needs Assessment

We help in community Needs Assessment by conducting a deep primary and secondary study of the community and its members to determine the nature and extent of their needs. The results of Needs Assessment will guide subsequent decisions—including the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs that will lead to achieving the desired results.

Baseline/Midline/Endline Study

We recognise that baseline, midline, and end-line studies are important tools used to evaluate the effectiveness of development projects, programs, and interventions. These studies help to measure progress, assess impact, and inform decision-making by providing a clear understanding of the situation before, during, and after the intervention. Our team can help you create scope to make course corrections, enhance and improve the conduct and deliverables of the program, making this study a critical component for effective development planning and implementation.
