In his past stints, he has led CSR teams managing a corpus of INR 30 crore annually and has been recognised by institutions such as ASSOCHAM, ICSI, the World Federation of CSR professionals, and the World CSR Congress.

As the Director of Chrysalis Services, he aims to revolutionise the social sector with his expertise across various thematic areas. An effective communicator who has spoken on CSR at corporate events, Sudhir has strong connections with NGOs and funding partners across India. He is also a co-founder of a Financial Services and Technology start-up.

Anupama Mairal

A highly skillful professional with an experience of over 20 years in the Financial Services and Development sector. Through her long and diverse tenure, Anupama has been involved with strategizing, implementing, and managing across various levels.

Her well-rounded exposure in program implementation, monitoring, and fundraising make her an invaluable asset to bank on in the organizational setup. Anupama is also well-networked across sectors and geography. Through her various stints in the social sector, she has gained a deeper understanding of the sector, benefiting Chrysalis Services.

Sumit Bhukania

Assistant Vice President, NGO Partnerships

Sumit is a highly skilled and experienced professional passionate about delivering results. In his 13 years of work experience, he has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve complex project objectives on time and within budget. Sumit’s expertise spans various industries, namely, the development sector and education, involving liaising with private organisations, government departments, and social sector organisations in planning and implementing national-level projects.

This divergent background allows Sumit to understand the nuances and fundamentals of various thematic organisations in the social sector and assist them with meeting their peripheral requirements, leading to their overall growth and expansion.

Trupti Rao

Vertical Head, Consulting Services

Trupti’s jump from the Banking to the Development sector is driven by her passion to make a difference. In her second innings, she has worked on various evaluation studies, including Due Diligence of NGOs, CSR Strategy Development for large corporates, Monitoring and Evaluation of education programs, Impact Assessment of Skilling, Education, WaSH and other CSR programs and helping NGOs access various domestic and international grants.

She now heads the Consulting Services vertical at Chrysalis, building the experience of Chrysalis in conducting multiple evaluation studies and helping corporate and NGO clients in their aim to support communities through development initiatives.

Heena Kohli

Vice President, Marketing Services

Heena is a results driven marketing and brand building growth aficionado, with over 13 years of  experience in developing and executing successful campaigns. With a background in Luxury Automobile, FMCG, Online Retails, IT, Food and Beverage; Heena has a deep understanding of what drives consumer behaviour and a talent for creating compelling marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Her expertise has a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Driven by a desire to elicit change through effective communication led Heena to Chrysalis Services. Through her work, she aims to inspire actions towards creation of a world without so much as the existence of so the word ‘underprivileged’.

Kakoli Mishra

Kakoli resumed her career at Chrysalis as a Researcher and swiftly moved up the ladder to her current role as an Account Director. With a degree in International Relations, her zeal for relationship management has aided in the escalation of her career to become a reliable team leader. Her speciality lies in finding grass-root solutions for corporate partners to accentuate their competencies in the social space. This ensures that she builds meaningful relationships with her corporate partners, guiding them through various challenges in their social space.

Tula Chandra Bardhan

Tula is a dedicated development practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in social Program Development, Coordination, Administration, Donor Relations, Social Audit, Monitoring and Evaluation, and building partners to be the voice for different development issues. In addition, he has a handful of experience in program management on health, education, livelihood, WASH and Sanitation, Training, and strategic planning.

He thrives for quality and is open to learning, providing, improving, innovating, Design, Monitoring & Evaluation solutions for development programs and projects that will result in meaningful planning, systematic implementation, reason enables impact, practical reflection, evidence-based reporting, and quantification of change for recourse, decision making, communication, and donor appeal. Tula is with a vision to enhance the quality of development programs and projects to uplift the poor and voiceless, sustain their well-being and create hope for their future.

Prerana Huli

Manager, NGO Partnership

Prerna has had varied experiences over the years leading to Chrysalis. With a Masters’s degree in Psychology, her interests lie in Sociology, Criminology and English, having taught Psychology across senior colleges. She tries to implement the values learned in the above fields in each walk of life. Her growing passion & interests have culminated in gaining deep experience in the social sector. She is enjoying her journey in the social sector and celebrating her work. She manages Inside Sales at Chrysalis while sharing her invaluable knowledge with the team from time to time.

Sharmil Jain

Account Director, Inside Sales

Sharmil Jain is a sales and business development professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the BFSI sector. Currently working with Chrysalis Services Pvt. Ltd., he is responsible for sales, operation, and program management of the BFSI division, including fund raising, strategic planning, networking, and partnership with enterprises, as well as liaising with government entities for their corporate social responsibility initiatives

Prior to this, he held leadership positions in various organizations, including Teamlease Services, Authbridge Research Services, Onicra Credit Information Co. Ltd. & Naukri.com

His expertise includes P&L management, enterprise sales, and strategic planning.

Sumit Ashish

Sumit Ashish is a highly skilled and result-oriented professional with extensive experience in the social development sector. During his professional journey of 15+ years, he has worked at various levels and gained a lot of knowledge. This helped him in acquiring a variety of skill sets. He ideated and has been instrumental in many successful initiatives across the country in his past assignments.

His vast experience in project management, strategic ideation and alliances, and managing cross-functional teams aided him in producing results quickly. He is regarded as a troubleshooter within the company due to his shown capacity to evaluate and handle complex situations. He joined Chrysalis because the organisation and his thought processes both strive to make society more sustainable by offering knowledgeable services to the stakeholders.
